Jarren Dennard is a dedicated real estate professional, entrepreneur, and proud family man with a passion for helping people find the perfect property and build lasting wealth through strategic real estate investments. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, and now calling Metro Detroit home, Jarren’s journey has been anything but ordinary.

After earning an athletic scholarship at Southern University at New Orleans, he made history as the first graduate with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He then spent eight years navigating the complex world of the Department of Defense before embracing his entrepreneurial spirit—launching a honey distribution business (yes, honey!) before discovering his true calling in real estate.

Now, as a licensed Realtor with BHHS The Loft Warehouse, Jarren specializes in pre-foreclosures, FSBO transactions, and expertly guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through the ever-changing market. Whether it’s a dream home, a hidden gem, or an investment with serious potential, he loves nothing more than helping people find real estate that fits their vision and goals.

Beyond real estate, Jarren is a devoted husband (married in August 2024) and a proud dad to two amazing boys, who keep him on his toes and remind him why building a legacy matters.
